How to use
Facial cupping has become extremely popular – and everyone has their own version of how to use it.
I personally prefer to use one (1) cup at a time so that I can hold the skin taught around looser areas of the face to avoid stretching and pulling instead of two – using two is popular with beauty therapists as it gives the client a feeling of evenness whilst enjoying the treatment. To do this to yourself will quite often mean pulling and tugging.
I like to start at the chin – this is so that you can get your movements down pat before pulling and tugging at other areas of the face.
